Northeast Bearded Dragons Guarantee

We guarantee our lizards to be healthy, eating well, active, and well socialized in human touch. We will not release any hatchling to ship until it reaches approx. 7 inches in length, and is at a healthy weight. We will not guarantee the sex of your Dragon(s) unless prior agreement was made to do so.

 We will ship all lizard(s) UPS Next Day AM delivery whenever possible. We will e-mail the tracking info. ASAP after shipment. All deliveries require the buyers signature; therefore, someone must be home  at time of delivery. If package is held by carrier due to buyers negligence, this guarantee is void.  If you have any problems or concerns regarding your lizard(s), we must be notified via e-mail within 24hrs or guarantee is void. Northeast Bearded Dragons will not be responsible for buyers negligence.

In the unfortunate event your lizard(s) arrives dead, whenever possible, we will replace with a like lizard of the same value. We must be notified immediately by e-mail; otherwise, this guarantee is void. We will reply within 24 hrs. with instructions. DO NOT DISCARD THE LIZARD(S)!!!!  We may require the lizard to be returned back to us UPS Next Day. This will be done at the buyers expense. Return shipping costs will be refunded once we receive the lizard(s).

Please be sure you fully understand how to care for your Bearded Dragon prior to shipment. Please refer to our care sheets for proper cage set up and husbandry of these special lizards. The dragons should have food and water available to them ASAP after arrival. It will take a week or so for your Dragon(s) to get accustomed to their new surroundings. During this time they may exhibit shyness and hesitation. This is normal behavior.  It is recommended you should limit your handling of them for the first week. It may help if you cover the inside of their cage with card stock while they adjust. When you notice their belly marks have dissapeared, your dragons feel at home.
